Located right off of Old Route 66, we bring back the simpler times at the Double R Bar Ranch. 

We follow the basics that Roy Rogers taught us which is the:

The Four-R's of Horsemanship

1. The first "R" stands for Relationship - It must be built on Trust.
2. The second "R" stands for Respect - This leads to the mutual Respect between Horseman & Horse.
3. The third "R" - stands for Response - The Responsiveness of the Horse.
4. The fourth "R" stands for Results - All positive, the path made straight between Horseman & Horse.

"As a man or woman must Trust in the Lord with the whole heart, so must a Horse be able to Trust a Horseman (A Reliance Relationship). For the Horse to give his whole heart there must be Respect not fear. The Horse Responds by letting the Horseman call the shots, and no longer learns on his own understanding. Once the path is straight, the Horse and the Horseman become Trusting partners, and the Horse looks at his partner to lead the way." ~ Roy Rogers
